Product prep & labeling

Volume tiers use your monthly completed sellable units. A finished multipack counts as one unit. One barcode label is included in standard prep—there is no extra “label only” charge on top. Additional prep, materials and shipping are separate as listed. We confirm scope and volume in your written quote.

Multipacks, kitting & fragile products

Multipack prices are per completed pack and replace the standard single-unit prep charge for those items. For example, a wholesale two-pack is $1.25 at the first tier, before extra protection, packaging and shipping. Online-arbitrage bundles and complex kits receive a separate quote. Protection options are alternatives selected for the product: standard wrap, bubble bag, or wrap by length. We list any combination or additional fragile-handling work in the quote to avoid duplicate charges.

Important: Postage, freight, boxes, mailers, dunnage, specialty packaging, removal/disposal, relabeling caused by incorrect source data, oversized handling, and unusual labor are not included unless your quote says otherwise. Rates assume clean, sellable inventory and clear written instructions.

Pricing questions

What changes the final quote?

The best quote is based on the actual work—not an artificially low headline rate that excludes essential steps.

Why is glass priced “from” instead of at one flat rate?

A small cosmetic bottle and a heavy food jar do not require the same material, labor, or protection. We review the product and required pack-out before confirming the rate.

Is barcode labeling charged separately?

One barcode label is included in standard prep. Extra date labels or correcting customer-supplied label information may cost more. A relabel-only project can be quoted separately; you are not charged twice for the included label.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Standard prep pricing decreases at published volume tiers, and larger or repeat projects may receive a custom rate based on SKU consistency and workflow efficiency.

Are marketplace shipment plans included?

The rate card covers physical handling. Account access, shipment-plan creation, appointment requirements, and other administrative work must be included in the written scope.

What information do you need to quote accurately?

SKU count, unit volume, product dimensions and weight, inbound configuration, prep instructions, packaging requirements, storage needs, outbound destinations, and expected schedule.
